The Trailside Place Homeowner's Association works to uphold Article VII Section G of the Trailside Place Subdivision CC&Rs by asking our residents to keep vehicles in their driveways at night.  Anyone who receives four (4) or more parking tickets in one month will be in violation of the CC&Rs.  Parking fines are as follows:

1st Month $100.00

2nd Month $200.00

3rd Month $400.000

4th Month $800.00
